Kathe Wunnenberg is a Hope Lifter. She is known for her visionary leadership, creativity, mentoring, and compassion in action lifestyle. She connects with people, offers biblical solutions for real-life problems and hands out hope to just about anybody she meets and encourages others to do the same.
God has sustained her through many life losses and challenges including infertility, miscarriages, adoption, carrying a child with a fatal birth defect, the loss of her son, family member substance abuse, ministry start up, career transitions, depression, ADD, birthing babies in her forties, and parenting extreme children...yet she allows her hurts to be used to help others.
A former media sales executive and director of a non-profit organization, Kathe is currently the founder and president of Hopelifters Unlimited, a resource and training organization. In 2010 she launched Hopelifters Hope on Wheels, Christ centered chartered bus day away adventures to encourage broken-hearted women. Her annual "Mother's Who Have Lost Children's Bus" is one of her favorites. She also offers specialized personal retreats for up to 10 women.
Kathe is the author of three books: Grieving the Loss of a Loved One, Grieving The Child I Never Knew, and Longing for a Child. She is a paid blogger and freelance writer and writes for a variety of organizations. She serves as a trainer for Carol Kent's, Speak Up With Confidence Seminars and enjoys speaking at womens conferences and retreats.
Kathe is a wife and mother to three living sons and lives with her family in Arizona.
